Transportation of Explosive and Sensitive Products
Out trucking fleet is adapted to transporting Class 1 goods in compliance with ADR regulations, which ranges from small EXII vans to tractors to EXIII semi-trailers. Our vehicles are equipped with a geolocation system, and our ADR-qualified staff employ their expertise to provide seamless shipping management.
Industrial vehicle rental with drivers (all types of vehicles)

About us
In 2010, the Etienne LACROIX Group decided to acquire an internal transport capability by establishing Etienne Lacroix Logistics (ELL) for transport commissioning. Since its inception, ELL has specialized in the management of transporting sensitive items, requiring a strong capacity to build tailored services. ELL became an accredited IATA agent, and later obtained Regulated Agent status with respect to air cargo safety and, finally, an Authorized Economic Operator in 2019. It is also in 2019 that Etienne Lacroix Logistics acquired Transports JAFFREZIC in order to acquire a fleet of trucks and personnel capable of meeting its customer's demands for excellence.
Founded in 1973, the transport company, Transports JAFFREZIC developed business early on in Class 1 (explosive substances and articles) hazardous goods transport. Transports JAFFREZIC is an independently-owned, reactive SME that has diversified in various fields in order to deploy a complete logistics offer in load, courier, sensitive and explosive materials transport. The company is part of a cluster network, which allows for national coverage within 24 to 48 hours. Transports JAFFREZIC is committed to a comprehensive effort to reduce CO2 emissions by optimizing delivery itineraries, rolling stock and eco-driving training for its staff. The company cultivates proximity to its customers, which is reinforced by quality services, as well as a proven capability to provide tailored services.
In 2022, Etienne Lacroix Logistics and Transports Jaffrezic form a single company, ELL Transports et Services, and strengthens its position as a leader in the international transit and road transport of regulated products.

Because environmental issues are everyone's business, ELL T&S has chosen to switch its fleet of vehicles to a new-generation fuel, HVO100 (Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil 100).
A new-generation synthetic biofuel, HVO100 arrived in France a few months ago.
Made from 100% bio-sourced raw materials (vegetable oils, waste oils, residual oils and animal fats), this renewable fuel is distributed via existing infrastructures, making it easily accessible.
Compatible with diesel engines, it can be used neat or diluted, without requiring vehicle modifications.
Advantages :
- Up to 90% reduction in CO2 emissions from production to consumption
- Reduced fine-particle emissions
- No conversion of existing fleet
- Improved driving comfort for our drivers (less noise, odor and smoke).
